Kevin was born and schooled in London and attended Medical School at the the prestigious University of Cambridge. After completing his basic surgical training in the UK he moved to Melbourne for his advanced Urological training. He then returned to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge for a fellowship in robotic urological surgery. This is one of the busiest units in the UK where he worked with one of the UK’s highest volume surgeons in Robotic Prostatectomy. He holds a significant public appointment at Monash Health and works as a private urologic surgeon at Holmesglen Urology.
Mr Chu is a fellowship trained robotic surgeon with an interest in cancer and minimally invasive surgery.
He is a member of the Urology Society of Australasia. On returning from fellowship he joined Western Health and became deputy head of the urology unit there. He was also the principal investigator for the “Navigate” active surveillance trial. He has since stepped down from Western Health to focus in the South-Eastern corridor at Holmesglen Private, Knox Private and Monash Health public.

Sarah Azer studied a combined Medicine and Law degree at Monash University. She completed her surgical residency years at St Vincent’s Hospital before being accepted to the Urology training program in Victoria. In 2019, she was admitted as a Fellow to the Royal College of Surgeons. She then completed 12 months of training in robotic surgery under the guidance of two Top 10 robotic surgeons in the United Kingdom, Mr Edward Rowe and Mr Anthony Koupparis. These surgeons have experience in over 1000 robotic cases.
Sarah Azer is a robotic and urological surgeon dedicated to putting patients first.
She feels it is important to understand her patient’s needs and priorities and explain medical conditions and procedures in plain and simple language. In every consultation her aim is to listen, provide evidence based information, and give patients time to make the best decisions for their health.
Sarah has a particular interest in kidney, prostate and bladder cancer.
Mr Nicholas Redgrave has now retired. His patients will now be seen by Dr Sarah Azer. Dr Azer accepts new referrals.
Adam's extensive urology nursing experience spanning 15+ years is complemented by postgraduate qualifications in urological cancers, sexual health and cancer counselling, as well as continence management.
He consistently provides comprehensive patient care in a professional yet compassionate manner for those undergoing urological cancer surveillance and treatment, as well as men (and their partners) facing sexual function challenges.In addition to his postgraduate qualifications, Adam has also completed advanced training and fellowships in Sweden, Canada and the United States.
Adam has been a recipient of many scholarships and awards throughout his career, with the most illustrious being the Australian and New Zealand Urological Nurses Society (ANZUNS) Diamond Award, which is the most prestigious recognition from ANZUNS. This award recognises exceptional dedication, expertise and commitment to the field of urology nursing. He has also given presentations at numerous state and national urology conferences. Adam remains a committed and active member of a number of professional organisations, including Chair of the ANZUNS Nurse Practitioner Special Interest Group.
