You will need to obtain a medicare referral letter from your GP or specialist.

You email will be triaged by our specialist and we will contact you after that is done (usually within 1-3 business days, but bear with us as sometimes we get very busy)
You will often be asked to do some pre-consult tests which may include pathology, radiology, bladder diary and flow test.
You will be contacted and offered an appointment.
You do not need a referral, but if you so have one please email this to us info@hgurol.com.au
You can either call us to book in on 03 8593 7307, or we will contact you after receipt of your referral.
On your appointment day, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the registration process.
Please bring along:
Any letters; radiology reports and pathology reports that you might have.
Details of your medications (list or photo)
Medicare Card
Private Health Insurance Card
Pension Card (if you have one)
You may be asked to do a flow test prior to your appointment.
This will usually be about 30 minutes prior to your appointment with us.
This will be conducted in the Urology Clinic, which is in Level 1 of the main hopsital (Building 1), please go there directly first.
After that is finished, you'll meed to come over to see us in building 2 (down to ground floor, across to Building 2, past Jamaica Blue cafe, then back up to Level 1)
